A. Making a Booking

To confirm a person booking, the Company will send a Confirmation or otherwise, stating details of the booking including the cost of the service.


B. Mode of Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, the person doing the booking is required to make full payment 7 days before the date by one of the following methods:

  • Payment mode : Bank transfer
  • Payment mode : Via Cheque Payment / Payable to JK59 Transport Pte Ltd

C. Cancellation Charges

Booking cancelled after the Company has send a confirmation shall have the following cancellation charges:

  • if cancellation is made 3 working days from the date of the charter (excluding Sat/Sun & public holidays) - no charge.
  • if cancellation is made less then 3 days before the pick-up time - 100% of the relevant charges.


D. Surcharge during Charter

A surcharge of S$70.00 will be charged if the bus is not able to move off 15 minutes from the confirmed booking time and an additional charge of $70.00 per hour thereafter.

  I fully understand that The Company reserves the rights to makes changes to the Terms & Conditions as necessary without prior notice.
